AI Technologies (AIT) has a long and distinguished heritage of successful Lean Six Sigma client engagements. Most of our employees are alumni of the George Group, in which 300 Consultants implemented Lean Six Sigma at Caterpillar, ITT, Xerox, the US Army and Navy, etc.  The AIT approach is process-focused and data-driven, but as suggested by the emphasis on Change Readiness, successful outcomes and results are enabled through due attention to R = Q x A … Results = Quality of Solutions x Acceptance. 

To ensure an organization’s successful implementation of AI, current state operating processes and methods will be analyzed to identify root cause disablers and to recommend needed improvements.  Additionally, extensive attention will be given to current IT and data capture systems to ensure that operating costs and performance are in fact representative and valid.
